Some examples from Anna Bachtel

#1. In my completed-quilts pile I have a Flower Lovers CHEATER panel quilted wall hanging.
In the center there are printed 3 flower pots. Around those are printed a row of birdhouses, bucket, bee hives,
etc. Around that is printed a Morning Glory vine. I used the panel without cutting it, but I bought coordinating
fabric and made three more borders.  I could have cut those birdhouses out and added them to a border
somehow. I also could have sewn the bee hives into a row and placed them below the 3 flower pots. I could
have made a border of flying geese or put Prairie Points on the edge.

#2. In my completed-quilt pile I have a Double Wedding Ring CHEATER quilted wall hanging.
The entire panel looks like a pieced DWRing. I added two borders.

#3. In my stash I have a piece of cut CHEATER fabric that has four blocks of what could be two pillows.
These could be cut apart, sashing added, then borders. They also could be made into a jacket, or whatever.

#4. At stores I have seen panels of CHEATER fabric that have Christmas objects printed in squares that could
be quilted as is, or they could be cut apart and have sashing added etc. There are tons of baby item
CHEATER panels. And I've seen some with animals. We've all seen millions of these.

ALL of these things could be used in the OLAQ Cheater Challenge.   You can take a printed panel, do some
border type thing to jazz it up, and then quilting the whole thing.

If you have a cheater panel, say to make a children's book from, you can cut those pages apart to make a
quilt, If you have a cheater panel that comes with borders attached to the side, you can use those or make
your own.  If you have a yard of faux quilting material you can add borders to that.  If you have pillow panels in
your sash you can and add borders to those.
