Chair Yoga & Quilting Swap Meet

Taking frequent breaks and stretching is  critical to prevent injuries from
repetitive motion.  
Nancy Gearhart LMT, YT  will instruct us on Chair Yoga techniques, and
answer questions concerning staying healthy  while  quilting
We will be trying the techniques beginning at 12:00, with lunch ( ordered
from the menu) following the  program.
